Vitamin C is very good for our body and healthy. It also good for immunity and prevent us from flu. As a result, many people consume it for their healthy and immunity. Master Chef is cooking competition and it’s the first in Indonesian. It shows every Saturday and Sunday at 4.30 pm. Actually, there are 40 participants but in the next season the juries just take 20 great participant. They come from various cities and profession in Indonesian. At present, a participant must go out from master chef gallery in every week. There are three jury in this program, master chef Juna, master chef Marinka and master chef Vindex. In each season, the participants have two opportunities to cook different food. They have to cook very fast because they have definite time and it’s too few for them. When the times up, they must presented their cook to the Juries. When a participant can’t serve their cook or bad cook, they will get commentaries from the juries, especially master chef Juna. The estimation depends on taste, garnish and punctuality. Six participants who get bed score in the second opportunity will be enter in eliminate stage. In this stage, the participants must compete again and give the best. In addition, a participant who gets worst score will go home. At least, they get new experience although doesn’t become the winner. I think Master Chef is a good program to develop talent and skill the participants. Hopefully will be more great and unique competition program like this.
Everyone have their own ways to organize their time. I called it time management. They could improve something better and got perfectness in their life. It is not impossible if they said, time is money. We only have 24 hours in a day and 7 days in a week and then become a month until a year that really very valuable if only for the waste. On the other hand, some people said, “I don’t know what happened to me, my time management is disorganized. I just waste my time lately”. It means they ever have good time management before, but then break up. Actually, the reason of that problem is their psychological condition. When they feel tired and forget their life purpose, it needs renew. They have to take some motivation to waking up what they want to do and refill their mind to be fresh. After that, get ready to face the real life. Accordingly, time management is very important for our life. Sometimes it could break, but we have to swiftly and decisively to resolve it. Plengkung is beatiful place that i have ever seen. It is located at Banyuwangi, South of coast east Java between Baluran forest and Grajakan coast. It has beautiful wave, the second wave after Hawai. The location is very clean. Many foregners go there to surf , and for getting holiday. It is very quiet and there is no rush like in other coast. On plengkung, everything is very steady. We are not allowed to use other transportation, except truck around 3 hours and thirty minutes from my home Muncar. In addition, it is so peaceful. Nice holiday One day when I go to the Batu city, I was very happy. It’s nice weekend. I’m not lonely to go there, my grandma, my uncle, my aunt and my brothers companied me to go there. We depart from my grandma’s home in Gempol at 6.30pm. I see lots of view a long of the road to my destiny place. We have many destinies for this time. First, we go to Pandaan, to my uncle’s home who lives there. In there we not just for take a rest, but also we went to my uncle’s mango garden at back of his home. Lots of ripe fruit in there and ready to pick. My uncles and I begin to pick many mangos and bring it to my uncle’s home. While wait for us come back, my aunt was prepare many beverage for us. When we arrived at home beverage was ready. And then we eat mangos together, and one of my uncle son say to me “ ayo mas, hancurkan wes manggae,, kapan mane nakam rame-rame ngne, gratis pisan,,,, hehe,,,” and I say “ jell, muantep rasane boy,,, rasane koyok nakam mangga boy,,,”. And then, suddenly my uncle said to his son and I, “ ayo, jok guyon wae,, ndangan wes,, ngkog ndak kebagian jare sulapan,,” then we say “ siap komandan, laksanakan,,,”. The time showed at 12 o’clock, we pray dzuhur together at mosque in front of my uncles’ home. And then we take a rest to coming back our stamina to continue our travel to Batu. After enough time to take a rest we continue the travel. On the road to Batu I was very happy, because the view long the road is very beautiful. I was very missing it when I go to Batu. When we arrived at Batu, infelt it is 9 at night, so we just take a rest. The following day, we go to all of tourism place in Batu city. After finish make a tour, we just go home. On account of what a tired, had joking happen when we drop in restaurant. The waiter comes to us and my uncle reserve food and beverage, but there is something that weird with my uncles’ order. He said “ mbak, nasi gorengnya 6, ndak pake kuah ya mbak,,,” and the waiter looks like confusion and then he said “ kuahnya ndak ada pak,,,” and my uncle said “ lha ya mbak, ndak pake kuah,,,” and the waiter just go and prepare our order. And torn my brothers and I was laugh hearing that, and my uncle just smile when see us. After finish, we just go home to my grandmas’ home. It’s very nice holiday for me with my family. Unwavering….
Nowadays, there are many teenage girls who want to have perfect body as models in television. They want to have slim and sexy body. Furthermore, they do diet to get it. Meanwhile, some of them do in wrong ways. They just decrease their eating habit, even some of them decided to not eating at all. My family and I live in a small but beautiful house. My house has three bedrooms. One is for my parents and the others are for me and my brother. It also has a living room, a dining room, a bathroom, and a kitchen. There is a small aquarium in the living room. There is a small garden in front of my house. It is full of flowers. That’s why we often call it the garden of flowers. In our backyard, mother plants many trees, such as mango trees, a papaya tree, and a rambutan tree. My family and I like to spend our spare time there. We usually sit on the bench under the tree and have a talk. When the fruits are ripe, we often enjoy together.

Reading is one of the common habitual that people usually do. They have some different favorite books. Puger beach is a tourism place in southwest of jember. This beach is famous for auctioning and selling fish. Not only enjoy the beauty of the sea but the visitors can also see the traditional wooden ship 'prau'. They also can buy the fresh fishes from the fishermen around the beach or try to fishing at the sea, using a canoe. It will become an interesting activity. Every year, the people around the coastal area celebrate the traditional rite of "Larung Sesaji”. These activities are performed in thanksgiving to God. They throw away a rice cone to the sea and wish their hope. This ceremony has done once a year. Besides Puger Beach, there is also a beach which is more interesting called Kucur Beach. On this beach visitors can see red monkeys if they bring fruit or food. The monkeys seem very happy to welcome them.
When I was in senior high school, I spend my study tour in Jogjakarta. At that time, I was third grade. My friends and I have fun, because we can walk before the national examination. We left at four in the afternoon and arrived at ten in the morning. Our bus tire was leaking in Semarang, but fortunately noting happen. When we arrived in Jogjakarta we headed to the hotel to have a rest before continuing the journey again. After breakfast we continue the journey, our first goal to the Gajah Mada University, because I majored in natural science so I make observations on the faculty of pharmacy. Our second goal went to the aerospace museum. There are a lot of planes from various models, ranging from the ancient to the latest model. Our third goal went to Malioboro Street, the most famous street in Jogjakarta. I was shopping till I felt so tired and satisfied. I bought nice things and presents for the family at home. We were back at the hotel when it’s getting night. The second day, we went to the Palace Jogjakarta, absolutely stunning, people who were there looks the traditional. Then we continued our journey to The Borobudur Temple. Over there, I bought some souvenirs for home decoration. Our next goal went to The Prambanan Temple, and this is the last goal of our study tour, then we went home. I learned lots of thing from the study tour, from knowing the history to find relics of the past.
Lisia Rahmawaty _100210401127 My paranoid feeling Last weekend was my boring weekend and also my funny weekend. I just stayed in my room all day. My roommate went to her hometown, so i stayed in my room alone. I spent my time by watching some movies and eating some meals. At night, my paranoid feeling came. Since i was child, i never slept alone. When i tried to sleep alone, i always imagined that there were so many ghosts around me. Back to the story, when i tried to ignore my paranoid feeling, the shadow of so many ghosts raised clearly. In addition, my hearing being more clearly. I tried hard to sleep. However, suddently i heard a scary voice. It made me very frighten. I heard shuffling voice. In my mind, that was a “suster ngesot”. I covered my ear with a pillow but i still could hear that voice. Did you know what i want to do at that time? I wanted to unconscious, but i couldn’t. That voice came closer and closer. With all of my bravery, i tried to look outside. What a surprise! It was a piece of paper that there was a frog under it. In addition, the frog tried to walk, so it made shuffling voice. When i remember that, i felt what a stupid i was.
If you hear books, you must be confusing what the benefits of books. As far as you know we can find many books in many places, in anytime. Why are books very important in our life? I will explain the reason. Books can’t separate from our life almost everyday we read a book. MY HANDPHONE I have a handphone. My father gave to me when I was birthday. There are many fuction of my handphone. It can for communication and entertinment. First of all, it can send message expecially multimedia message. After that, it has bluetooth and infrared to transfer data. Next, it has camera with 2 megapixel resolution and it can record a video. And then, it has music player and a radio, so i can listen to the music when I bored. It also has a voice recorder. And then, I can insert my memory card. I like my handphone because it can connect to the internet. I think that handphone can bring everywhere because it can entertain us.

Comparison between the mall and traditional markets
The word mall or the market is not foreign to us, especially women. The first thoughts that will appear is shopping. Not everyone thinks shopping is a very important but there are also people who think that shopping becomes a primary need to be done. For some people, especially teenagers shopping at the mall is more convenient and fun than shopping at traditional markets. When viewed from the condition is shopping at the mall is more advantage. When in our traditional markets we must feel the scorching heat of the sun but shopping at the mall already available air-conditioning. The places and things even cleaner and more hygienic than the traditional market. LAPTOP Today, laptop is the most important gadget for teenage, including me. My favorite tourism in East Java is Jatim Park. I like it because I think Jatim Park is completely interesting recreation object. Jatim Park is located at Batu, East Java. To reach the location is not difficult because the object is about 2 kilometers from Batu city. This Jatim Park tourism object is about 22 hectares width. Visitors can enjoy at least 36 kinds of facilities which can attract and give them new knowledge. The facility that I ever enjoyed is ‘Agro Park’ area. It presents crop and rare fruits, animal diorama which consists of unique animals that have been conserved. Moreover supporting games that I like in there such as; bowling, throw ball, and scooter disco. Not only enjoyable game that we can try but also challenging game that can be chose to entertain ours. Jatim Park is suitable for family and school recreation. The recreation area offers precious tour and can be used as alternative media of study.
My hometown is Jember. I live in Jember since I was 5 years old until now. Jember also known as "Tobacco City" because tobacco is one of the main export commodities of Jember. Traditional dance of Jember is Lahbako dance, this traditional dance is picturing process of planting tobacco. Beside that, Jember has many tourism object especially beach like Watu Ulo, Papuma, Paseban, Bandealit and Puger. Every years a unique event like Jember Fashion Carnaval (JFC) held in Jember arround August to celebrate the Independence Day of Indonesia. JFC is a street fashion show festival that has more than 300 models with unique dress designs and perform along approximately 3,5km catwalk. If you are going to visit Jember, don't forget to buy some present from Jember like suwar-suwir and prol tape. Suwar-suwir and prol tape are special food from Jember that made from fermented cassava. The people in Jember are very friendly and I'm so proud that I have an awesome hometown like Jember.
Fishing is a nice activity to spend your holiday. You can enjoy the nature while fishing. Waiting for a minute and maybe an hour to wait a fish eat our bait. It does not matter because while you are waiting, you can relax your mind. It will make you feel peaceful and calm. The nice thing is when the fish eat your bait. After enough time to take a rest we continue the travel. On the road to Batu I was very happy, because the view long the road is very beautiful. I was very missing it when I go to Batu. When we arrived at Batu, infelt it is 9 at night, so we just take a rest. The following day, we go to all of tourism place in Batu city. After finish make a tour, we just go home. On account of what a tired, had joking happen when we drop in restaurant. The waiter comes to us and my uncle reserve food and beverage, but there is something that weird with my uncles’ order. He said “ mbak, nasi gorengnya 6, ndak pake kuah ya mbak,,,” and the waiter looks like confusion and then he said “ kuahnya ndak ada pak,,,” and my uncle said “ lha ya mbak, ndak pake kuah,,,” and the waiter just go and prepare our order. And torn my brothers and I was laugh hearing that, and my uncle just smile when see us. After finish, we just go home to my grandmas’ home. It’s very nice holiday for me with my family. Unwavering….

Meanwhile, some of them do in wrong ways. They just decrease their eating habit, even some of them decided to not eating at all. They should not do that because it is just make their health become worse and worse. If we want to do diet, then let's do healthy diet. First, we can consult and ask to the doctor about how to do healthy diet in right ways. Second, we can decrease our eating, but not at all. We can eat healthy food, such as fruits and vegetables, to replace some nutrition in our body. Third, we can do some daily exercises. ReplyDeleteMy family and I live in a small but beautiful house. My house has three bedrooms. One is for my parents and the others are for me and my brother. It also has a living room, a dining room, a bathroom, and a kitchen. There is a small aquarium in the living room. There is a small garden in front of my house. It is full of flowers. That’s why we often call it the garden of flowers. In our backyard, mother plants many trees, such as mango trees, a papaya tree, and a rambutan tree. My family and I like to spend our spare time there. We usually sit on the bench under the tree and have a talk. When the fruits are ripe, we often enjoy together.

Young people interested in reading comic books, novels, magazines, etc, and for the older ones, they loved in reading politics books, economics, or some books related to science. Reading books have so many functions. We often read books to get knowledge and sometimes books can give us pleasure, too. When we are tired, we read books to help us relax. Some books can also take us to other parts of the world. By reading a book about Bali, we may feel we are sitting in the beach, not at home in our rooms. Books can be very expensive. Therefore a lot of people go to libraries to borrow the books they want.

Not only enjoy the beauty of the sea but the visitors can also see the traditional wooden ship 'prau'. They also can buy the fresh fishes from the fishermen around the beach or try to fishing at the sea, using a canoe. It will become an interesting activity.
ReplyDeleteEvery year, the people around the coastal area celebrate the traditional rite of "Larung Sesaji”. These activities are performed in thanksgiving to God. They throw away a rice cone to the sea and wish their hope. This ceremony has done once a year.
Besides Puger Beach, there is also a beach which is more interesting called Kucur Beach. On this beach visitors can see red monkeys if they bring fruit or food. The monkeys seem very happy to welcome them.

ReplyDeleteWhen I was in senior high school, I spend my study tour in Jogjakarta. At that time, I was third grade. My friends and I have fun, because we can walk before the national examination. We left at four in the afternoon and arrived at ten in the morning. Our bus tire was leaking in Semarang, but fortunately noting happen. When we arrived in Jogjakarta we headed to the hotel to have a rest before continuing the journey again. After breakfast we continue the journey, our first goal to the Gajah Mada University, because I majored in natural science so I make observations on the faculty of pharmacy. Our second goal went to the aerospace museum. There are a lot of planes from various models, ranging from the ancient to the latest model. Our third goal went to Malioboro Street, the most famous street in Jogjakarta. I was shopping till I felt so tired and satisfied. I bought nice things and presents for the family at home. We were back at the hotel when it’s getting night. The second day, we went to the Palace Jogjakarta, absolutely stunning, people who were there looks the traditional. Then we continued our journey to The Borobudur Temple. Over there, I bought some souvenirs for home decoration. Our next goal went to The Prambanan Temple, and this is the last goal of our study tour, then we went home. I learned lots of thing from the study tour, from knowing the history to find relics of the past.

Last weekend was my boring weekend and also my funny weekend. I just stayed in my room all day. My roommate went to her hometown, so i stayed in my room alone. I spent my time by watching some movies and eating some meals. At night, my paranoid feeling came. Since i was child, i never slept alone. When i tried to sleep alone, i always imagined that there were so many ghosts around me. Back to the story, when i tried to ignore my paranoid feeling, the shadow of so many ghosts raised clearly. In addition, my hearing being more clearly. I tried hard to sleep. However, suddently i heard a scary voice. It made me very frighten. I heard shuffling voice. In my mind, that was a “suster ngesot”. I covered my ear with a pillow but i still could hear that voice. Did you know what i want to do at that time? I wanted to unconscious, but i couldn’t. That voice came closer and closer. With all of my bravery, i tried to look outside. What a surprise! It was a piece of paper that there was a frog under it. In addition, the frog tried to walk, so it made shuffling voice. When i remember that, i felt what a stupid i was.

There are some people especially don’t like this vegetable because don’t know the benefit of carrot are very rich in vitamins. There are some parent overcome this problem by making juice for the family and beloved children.
There are some benefits carrots you need to know :
• Overcoming fever in children
Take 200 grams of carrots and then wash clean. Grater and squeeze until the juice out. Water boiled juice Drink while warm.
• Overcoming burns
Crushed carrots until smooth and rub on burns. Do it as often until wound isn’t hot.
• Overcoming painful menstruation
250 grams carrots washed and cut of pieces. Add a little water. Then blender. Try to drink at least 2 times a day.

Comparison between the mall and traditional markets
ReplyDeleteThe word mall or the market is not foreign to us, especially women. The first thoughts that will appear is shopping. Not everyone thinks shopping is a very important but there are also people who think that shopping becomes a primary need to be done. For some people, especially teenagers shopping at the mall is more convenient and fun than shopping at traditional markets. When viewed from the condition is shopping at the mall is more advantage. When in our traditional markets we must feel the scorching heat of the sun but shopping at the mall already available air-conditioning. The places and things even cleaner and more hygienic than the traditional market. Examples of vegetables and fruits; if we buy in the traditional market ussually wilted and not fresh but at the mall was still fresh. But the market also has the advantage, if we are shopping at traditional markets we can offer goods that we will buy and the prices cheaper. That's very different when we are shopping at the mall. So, according to my thinking the same shopping anywhere as long as we can enjoy and depend on the money that we have.

Jatim Park
My favorite tourism in East Java is Jatim Park. I like it because I think Jatim Park is completely interesting recreation object. Jatim Park is located at Batu, East Java. To reach the location is not difficult because the object is about 2 kilometers from Batu city. This Jatim Park tourism object is about 22 hectares width. Visitors can enjoy at least 36 kinds of facilities which can attract and give them new knowledge. The facility that I ever enjoyed is ‘Agro Park’ area. It presents crop and rare fruits, animal diorama which consists of unique animals that have been conserved. Moreover supporting games that I like in there such as; bowling, throw ball, and scooter disco. Not only enjoyable game that we can try but also challenging game that can be chose to entertain ours. Jatim Park is suitable for family and school recreation. The recreation area offers precious tour and can be used as alternative media of study.

ReplyDeleteMy hometown is Jember. I live in Jember since I was 5 years old until now. Jember also known as "Tobacco City" because tobacco is one of the main export commodities of Jember. Traditional dance of Jember is Lahbako dance, this traditional dance is picturing process of planting tobacco. Beside that, Jember has many tourism object especially beach like Watu Ulo, Papuma, Paseban, Bandealit and Puger. Every years a unique event like Jember Fashion Carnaval (JFC) held in Jember arround August to celebrate the Independence Day of Indonesia. JFC is a street fashion show festival that has more than 300 models with unique dress designs and perform along approximately 3,5km catwalk. If you are going to visit Jember, don't forget to buy some present from Jember like suwar-suwir and prol tape. Suwar-suwir and prol tape are special food from Jember that made from fermented cassava. The people in Jember are very friendly and I'm so proud that I have an awesome hometown like Jember.
